Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate hosted the European Case Handling Workshop 2024.

The Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) is Estonia’s independent supervisory authority responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws and safeguarding the fundamental right to privacy. The Inspectorate operates under the jurisdiction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonia’s national data protection legislation.
