Currently serves as the Head of the President’s Office at the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, where he plays a key role in shaping strategic initiatives and supporting high-level decision-making in the field of privacy and data protection. A certified Mediator since 2022, Nikoloz brings a balanced, dialogue-driven approach to complex legal and organizational matters.

He is pursuing his Ph.D. at the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and shares his expertise as a Visiting Lecturer at the University’s Faculties of Law and Medicine, where he teaches at the intersection of legal theory and practical application.

Nikoloz holds a Masters degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Since 2017, he has built a diverse and dynamic legal career through roles in both public and private sectors, including at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the Georgian National Museum, Palitra Media Holding, and the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Since 2022, he actively participates in the work of CoE Committee of Artificial Intelligence and is the delegate of the Georgian data protection supervisory authority. In 2024, he broadened his international experience through a three-month secondment at the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) in Brussels.
