Elīna Luīze studied law at the University of Latvia (mg.iur.) and obtained an LL.M. in international law and human rights from the Riga Graduate School of Law. SHe currently holds the position of the Deputy Agent of the Government before the European Court of Human Rights and the UN Human rights and also works with questions related to the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, both in respect of Latvia and more generally.
